Who pitches in game 1?

Paul Gereffi at MLB.com writes about the Mets imminent birth into the post season and who will pitch in the first game:

Randolph said he isn't sure whether Martinez or Tom Glavine will pitch in the one or two spots in October.

"It depends on when a guy could bounce back in a five-game series," Randolph said. "It depends on the matchups we have. In a short series everyone is available within reason. All that "rest" stuff gets thrown out the window. Thinking about rest might not get us to the next day."
