Back In The Saddle...
Folks, it's been an even longer off-season than usual. First, we're sorry for the dearth of posts, but it's been a combination of a major job change, followed by the death of an immediate family member, on the heels of the same for Jonathan. 2006 will be remembered as a sad year for both of us, but also one of hope, especially regarding our beloved Mets.
From now on, we will continue to post primarily on SheaNation, but we will also repeat those posts here, and sometimes offer additional info as well. We ask that you visit both sites, especially since there is so much to say about our beloved Mets' that no single website could hold it all.
As we have said in the past, also visit Metsblog.com, run by Matthew Cerone, whose full-time job is that blog. He's often the first to post pertinent Mets' info, or at worst second behind SheaNation.
Finally, with Spring Training about to begin, we will bring you live coverage from Port St. Lucie as I make the annual trek to Florida to meet best friend and partner in crime, Jonathan, and my nephew and neice, to take in the sites and sounds of our beloved team in the most relaxed atmosphere of them all!!! And we'll be sitting pretty close to the Met's dugout, so the pictures should be plentiful!!!
Keep reading- the best is yet to come!!!
Best,
David
