The Cost Of Zambrano

Phil Rogers at Chicago Sports, writes about the possibility of trading Carlos Zambrano and one scenario with the Mets:

Zambrano thrust himself into the spotlight with his comments on WGN-Ch. 9 that he probably would go elsewhere after the season if the Cubs didn't get him locked up to a contract extension in spring training. Barring agreement on a one-year deal, he again will be the center of attention Tuesday, when his arbitration case is heard. It would be the Cubs' first since 1993.

What could you get from the Mets? Perhaps a package built around one of their two best pitching prospects, right-handers Mike Pelfrey and Philip Humber, and including Aaron Heilman and one of their high-profile outfielder prospects, like Fernando Martinez and Carlos Gomez.
