After another week of physical therapy in New York, Alou will head to Port St. Lucie to begin limited baseball activity on Monday, with the hope he could be ready to return by the end of this month. Ricco said yesterday Alou will need a rehab assignment somewhere between Port St. Lucie and returning to the Mets.
