Contract talks for Willie after the season


John Delcos at The Journal News writes about Omar Minaya's plans on resigning Willie Randolph at seasons end:

Securing their future is why the Mets signed David Wright and Jose Reyes to contract extensions.

They plan to do the same with manager Willie Randolph after the playoffs.

"At the end of the year we will review things," general manager Omar Minaya said. "Willie has done a very good job."
